This course is designed for those who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to elevate their swimming prowess.
In the intermediate classes, swimmers will refine their strokes, improve endurance, and start cultivating advanced techniques. Our certified instructors will provide personalized feedback and training to help you swim more efficiently and with greater confidence.
This level includes instruction on more complex skills like flip turns and diving, ensuring you are well-equipped for recreational swimming and even competitive challenges.
Our facility offers public lane swimming sessions that cater to the solo training endeavors of the adults in our community. These sessions provide the ideal environment to practice what you’ve learned, set your own pace, and enjoy the meditative flow of swimming against the peaceful backdrop of our 50-meter, temperature-controlled pool.
Come down to swim at your leisure for up to 3 hours at a time, as many times as you’d like, in the comfort of our 28-degree water.
