Our Learn to Swim Programme is carefully curated for Dubai’s children of all age groups and skill levels. Our engaging, child-centric approach, led by certified swim instructors, ensures that every young swimmer progresses from the FUNdamentals of water safety, stroke development, and water confidence to more advanced swimming techniques.

Tiny Tadpoles is our fun 20-minute aquatic experience that uses a games- led approach.
We focus on water confidence for little swimmers who want to start their swim lessons early.
Classes sizes are a maximum size of 2 swimmers only.
This group is suitable for children aged 3 years and older. Experiences are 40 minutes long and children learn FUNdamentals skills such as traveling through water, rotation and water safety. This is delivered through a fun and engaging learning environment. Our expert teachers will also help parents learn about water safety for their child and offer valuable information so parents can assist and support their child’s swimming development.
This group is suitable for children who are water confident and can already swim 5 metres independently on their front and back. Experiences remain 40 minutes and children will start to learn more complex skills as well as all 4 of the strokes. Children will be encouraged to develop deep water skills which in turn boost water safety competence and confidence. It is at this stage, our experienced coaches introduce the Trojan Traits where we start to focus on nurturing essential life skills.
This group is suitable for swimmers who are advancing their strokes and are confident in deep water. Children will be challenged to swim correct techniques across all 4 strokes as well as being introduced to some competitive skills. Our coaches are committed to identifying opportunities to enhance personal character traits as well as developing our own Trojan traits within the swimmer, thus ensuring that every athlete receives tailored support and guidance.
This is the fourth group in our Learn to Swim program. These 50-minute experiences are suitable for children who are strong swimmers who will improve their technique across longer distances. On completion of this level, children will be equipped both mentally and physically to graduate to Trojan Squads.
Tiny Trojans is our entry-level squad for swimmers from 6 years old, designed to bridge the gap between Learn to Swim and competitive squad training. In this group, young swimmers are introduced to the world of structured training in a fun, supportive, and developmentally appropriate environment.
This group is perfect for swimmers who are ready to move beyond basic lessons but are not yet ready for more intense squad expectations. They’ll train alongside swimmers of a similar ability, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.

We structure our swimming programmes differently, requiring teachers to plan their lessons extensively and know each swimmer’s needs.
Our swimming lessons are 40 minutes long rather than a traditional 30-minute class. This provides our teachers with ample time to interact with both the child and the parents. They can educate parents about the essential skills their child is learning and why they are being taught. This approach promotes quicker progress and learning beyond the pool..
